About us How we began Qest Information Systems Limited was founded precisely on the 23rd June 2004 then as Qest Marketing Communications - a business identity it was using to transact business and building its client base on. It later became Qest Information systems Limited upon incorporation as a limited liability company on the 26th November, 2008. All our services and projects are reflections of our core business values and orientation. And that is why our corporate slogan says: ...how you want it and when you want it. Our Mission Statement To build a strong and dynamic marketing and corporate image management structure that will at any given time and occasion, establish for the benefit of our customers a system of customer creation and retention as deeply rooted in our philosophy of business.
